If we want to think clearly and strive for our goals with neat, calm purpose, we must eliminate the stress in our minds. Set aside a period of time each day when you can be alone, clear your thoughts, and completely relax. You can increase how good you feel about yourself and how at peace you feel by using this time to relax.

Try to live wisely and humbly. There are certain things in your life that you just can’t change. Learn to spot the things you can fix and just learn life lessons from the ones you can’t. Once you know your limits, be modest and be satisfied to work within them. Your past experiences, plus a bit of wisdom, means a brighter future.
